In 2021, SASE Pro began working with trainers and companies to identify small-group training topics for the professional development of individuals within specific career levels. The 2021 Executive Presence cohort was so successful that other cohorts soon followed.

Over the years, SASE Pro has developed additional cohorts for individual contributors, managers, executives, and business leaders. Each program is led by trusted SASE training partners and generally run weekly or bi-weekly over the course of multiple months. This approach fosters greater engagement and development through a highly interactive small-group & cross-disciplinary environment.
